  • Features and Scope

For the players, comfort and personal space is prioritized. Equipment managers demand additional storage that must be readily accessible. Coaches require that players are socially available and have enough space to keep clean.

  • Pushing Limits

Each project is custom - meaning that each project is an opportunity to explore and innovate. The larger the scope, the more innovation possible.

Locker rooms act as recruiting tools for incoming athletes, so program managers are interested in creating one-of-a-kind player hubs to attract and retain talent.

For a project like this, ‘could we do this'?’ and ‘should we do this?’ must be explicit. The consequences of false promises and net loss on extravagant engineering are steep.

  • Mockup Review

A full build-out of the finalized design is constructed for client review. During this time clients approve materials, finishing, and branding details.

  • Final Build

After the client approves a physical mockup, the units are installed on-site. There is occasionally a large passage of time between my designs and when they are finally installed. This process can take over a year for the largest jobs. That’s a long time to wait to see a design come to fruition. Small details can sometimes feel like little surprises when not seen for such a while.
